My HP Just Restarts After Installing SP2
- 1). Restart your computer and press "F8." Select the option to start your computer in Safe Mode using the keyboard up and down keys and press "Enter."
- 2). Confirm that you want to continue booting into safe mode. On the desktop, click "Start," "All programs," "Accessories," "System tools" and "System restore."
- 3). Click "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and "Next." Use the bold calendar dates to find a System Restore point that was created before the Service Pack 2 installation was attempted.
- 4). Click "Next" twice and confirm that you want to run System Restore. Allow System Restore to run.
